Anthony Huynh and Vivian Chow, the couple team behind Birdies Hot Chicken—with locations in Brockton, Westwood, Boston, New Bedford, and Providence—have embarked on an exciting new culinary venture: Texas barbecue.
Noah’s BBQ is named after their son, Noah Anthony Huynh, born on November 5, 2022. What began as Anthony’s backyard passion quickly turned into a full-on pursuit. When Noah was born, Anthony embraced “dad mode” (and a little “dad bod”), dedicating countless hours over the past few years to perfecting his craft—smoking brisket, pastrami, ribs, turkey, and pulled pork to mouthwatering perfection.
The couple has made frequent trips to Texas, visiting top BBQ spots in Houston, Austin, and Dallas, studying the art and tradition firsthand. Close friend Eric Lee will be joining the team previous general manager of sugar fish
